If you actually count the carbs and subtract the fiber the net carbs are only 7. It's not 100% whole wheat and has some preservatives. The wheat and the white are both pretty good.

You're going to love this bread welch.... Trader Joes Sprouted Wheat Bread: 1 gram fat, 7 grams total carbs, 3 grams fiber, net carbs 4 grams, 5 grams protein.
It too has some wheat flour in it, but it's mostly whole grain wheat sprouts, and tastes really good! It actually has more protein than digestible carbs, too. For a lower carb,
higher fat meal towards the end of the day, I'll make peanut butter or cheese sandwiches with it and (of course) some other veggies. I LOVE this bread.
