Why is it that...

I was on calorie king today checking out the stats for eggs, since thats what I usually eat at breakfast and I realized this:

Calories 122 ( Kilojoules 508 )
% Daily
Value*
Total Fat 0 g 0%
Saturated Fat 0 g 0%
Cholesterol 0 mg 0%
Sodium 399 mg 17%
Total Carbohydrates 2.4 g 1%
Dietary Fiber 0 g 0%
Sugars 2.4 g
Protein 25.5 g
Calcium 14.6 mg
Potassium 347.5 mg

-------------------------

Thats a raw fresh egg. I don't understand why they have more protein then if it was to be boiled or scrambled?

I would also like to eat eggs raw but I just don't like the slimy look and I always think to myself its going to taste so gross going down your neck. Is there any way to spruce up the taste? Like sugar or something?

first off, you only want to eat eggs raw if they're FRESH - buy them from the farm. hell, adopt a chicken if you can. eggs in the store can be very, very stale and the older they are, the more chance you have of contracting salmonella.

i don't know where you got the 122 calories from, because it's only 94cal for a jumbo-sized egg:

Calories 94 ( Kilojoules 392 )

% Daily
Value*
Total Fat 6.3 g 10%
Saturated Fat 1.9 g 9%
Cholesterol 268 mg 89%
Sodium 79 mg 3%
Total Carbohydrates 0.8 g 0%
Dietary Fiber 0 g 0%
Sugars 0.8 g
Protein 7.9 g
Calcium 31.5 mg
Potassium 75.6 mg

i compared large boiled and fresh and the nutrients aren't all that different.

Dont eat raw eggs you actually get less protein than from a cooked egg. 25.5g per egg seems wrong to me eggs are typically about 7g protein

no, something is wrong there. you probably looked up egg whites or something, because what you listed has no fat and whole eggs have lots of it.
