usually eat at breakfast and I realized this:

Thats a raw fresh egg. I don't understand why they have more protein then if it was to be boiled or scrambled?
I would also like to
eat eggs raw but I just don't like the slimy look and I always think to myself its going to taste so gross going down your neck. Is there any way to spruce up the taste? Like sugar or something?
