.....well.... you've got a good frame to start with, but a word in your ear, hon: broadcasting that you devote your life to unemployment is NOT gonna increase your stake in the "let's-get-laid" lottery.

um... hello - add another to the "creatine does jack all" team. after all, creatine is, if you think about it, controlled bloat - and i'm a female. we OWN bloating.

like ive said before threenorns in other posts i think, all that creatine really did for me, was make me feel pumped post-workout from normal 10-20minutes to 3-4hours, but size wise, mass wise, gaining new muscle and strength didn't happen... i actually started gaining after i finished the cycle! to me, creatine = complete waste, that was the only supplement ive tried and dissapointed me results wise.

Creatine monohydrate works, the end. It's hard to tell with any supplement if you gained more than you would without. How can you really tell? Factor in the plecebo effect, and who is to say? There's no sense in arguing it. The fact that KArtun thinks something will work will make it work, regardless of what it really does.

That being said, skip the fancy creatine. Liquid krealkalyn, etc. won't do any better than plain old creatine. Unless of course, you really believe in it, then it will.

Now, onto KArtun's supps and nutrition. Measure yourself! It's hard to tell day to day, or even week to week with just pictures. If the chest, bi's etc. are getting bigger on the tape, and the waistline is smaller or the same, you're doing it right.

THAT being said, how much oil are you taking? I'd suggest getting your oil from salmon, and cutting out some beef. Are you getting LEAN beef? I'm talking 96% ground. IIRC, it's really near 30% fat. Just watch it. As well, doesn't muscle milk also have a decent amount of fat in it? It, beef, and oil together? Lot of fat, man.

Just my opinion, but I think upping the carbs and lowering the fat would produce better results. You can be a fat burner with lower carbs, or a sugar burner with higher carbs, but mixing higher fat with carbs is a recipe for upping insulin while storing fat. This would require a better understanding of your entire endocrine system, but I think you'd be well served to tweak this a bit if you're seeing some extra belly already.

spaghetti? Whole wheat pasta? I hope so.

Give us an update on what you're actually doing, vs what you had planned, and I'll see if I can give you some pointers. It's not a bad plan, but it appears that you could be seeing better results with less extra CHUB.

that's not to say don't try it - if it works for you (as statistics say it probably will), go nuts: you'll know pretty much right away (within a few days, anyway) if it's having a beneficial effect. if it doesn't work, try pairing it with high-glycemic carbs and see if that works (it does, in many cases) or, like me, choose to give it a pass and spend your money elsewhere.
