Damn! You're an inspiration to us all, if you did that in 6 months, theoretically I ought to be able to cut out my abs in a couple months at most, wow! I think I'll do that after football season just to see if I can.

New thread, pix only

Congratulations on the new you. I like to see stuff like this, it makes me want to work harder. Y'all want to start a pix only thread showing everybody's before/after - then/now shots??? It maybe some inspiration for some of us.

Good news

I received an e mail today, and for once, it was good news. The founder of Diet Power, (the software that I used to track my calories) wants to do a story on me. Pretty cool huh?

He wants pictures and video, and wants me to meet with someone to put together the article.

Not an ad, they did a story on me and I thought you guys would like to read it. When they did the interview, I mentioned discuss fitness several times, but they did not put it in the article. Darnhttp://www.dietpower.com/phweb1002.htm

I would never believe that was a picture of the same guy if it didn't come from AARS. I wouldn't even have bothered looking close.

Amazing

WOW.... I'm glad this was a sticky because I would have never seen it. First of all I'm NOT posting a before picture because I think I would break everyone's computers . And since I don't have an "after" picture YET I wouldn't want you to know I've got a buddah belly.

Second of all, you guys really are an inspiration. It's great to see such great progress because it lets us newbies know that it's possible!!

Thank you!!

James....I just have to say HOLY CRAP!! That is amazing!! Way to go. You must feel totally awesome!

Hey Terry,
Good to hear from you again. Things are going good here. Except for the

fact that I have gained about fifty pounds of fat back....
Just Kidding!
I have actually managed to add about ten pounds of muscle.

I have gotten quite a few e mails from the newsletter. And no they are
not
a problem. Terry, I am a member at a Fitness website forum now, and
have
been for quite a while. I have made reference to dietpower many time
there
and put a link there for the newsletter. I started a thread there
called
Before & After and put my pictures there. They made the thread sticky,
and
now everyone puts their pictures there, Over seven thousand people have
viewed the thread. You might
think about advertising dietpower there, I understand that it is pretty
cheap. If this link works you can take a look at the site.

I hope all is going well for you,
Thanks again
James
