All of the accolades are clearly well-deserved, AARS! After seeing the remarkable physical transition that you've earned, it makes me wonder, "What justifiable reason/excuse can anyone have for NOT getting in shape?" :

I am not sure, but it is amazing the reasons that people give for not even trying to get into shape. Things like "I'm too old", or "It's too hard", or my favorite "No matter what I eat or how much I exercise, I still gain weight, so why even try"!

I was impressed when I got through the first few pages just seeing the massive fat loss. But the HUGE muscle gains evident on page 7 actually had my jaw drop (not even an exageration!) That's incredible!

side note: yea, i'd stick with the facial hair. Look too old w/o it. :

Planning on taking some new pics in about a month. Last month was three years since I started losing weight.
