Thanks for all of the replies and support. It was not easy.
My doctor told me that I had to do something, because my
blood pressure was 179 over 120. I didn't want to take pills, so I decided to make changes to my eating habits and exercise.
I ran on average nine miles per week, and lifted five days a week. I used a program called DietPower to track my
calorie intake and exercise. The program is great, it graphs everything for you. You just enter the food you eat, and it does the rest.
No diet pills, just creatine, glutamine, protein, vit.C, Flax oil, and alot of work. Very little fast food, more meat, less carbs, no soda's.
Having a place like this that I could read advice and slip in a few of my own questions every now and then, really helped too.
Sorry the before pic. is blurry, it was taken from the TV screen. I used the camcorder to film myself every two weeks to see my progress. My wife used the digital camera to take my before pic. off of the tv screen.
