looks good. Especially the rear shot that shows your upper back. What have you done to develop that area?

thanks for the compliment. always nice to hear. on my chest shoulder trap day i do 3x10-12 upright rows as my bench superset then dumbell shrugs 3x12-15 as my incline superset then barbell shrugs 3x12-15 as my side dumbell raise superset and 3x10-12 armpit rows with dumbell shoulder press. i dont superset when i do back. i do as many pullups as possible then do 10-15 pulldowns. then i do the same on chins. usually 3 sets of each of these. also when im doing the pulldowns and seated chins i try to straighten my legs and lean a little back and not jerk so i get a real good simulated pulldown motion and work. its a little change with a big difference.
