thanks for the compliment. always nice to hear. on my chest shoulder trap day i do 3x10-12 upright rows as my bench superset then dumbell shrugs 3x12-15 as my incline superset then
barbell shrugs 3x12-15 as my side dumbell raise superset and 3x10-12 armpit rows with
dumbell shoulder press. i dont superset when i do back. i do as many pullups as possible then do 10-15 pulldowns. then i do the same on chins. usually 3 sets of each of these. also when im doing the pulldowns and seated chins i try to straighten my legs and lean a little back and not jerk so i get a real good simulated pulldown motion and work. its a little change with a big difference.
