Brutus


These are going to be my before pics. I've been working out for 6 weeks now but have a LOOONG ways to go. I weigh 168lbs but have too much fat. I'd like to get to 175 solid and trim.

Damn..pics arent working

I'd work on your Traps. Legs too, since you posted no picts of those. Probably all we need to know there.

That and a little dieting, and you'll be stylin.

yeah, the traps need work to lose the skinny neck look for sure...
i think my chest is too narrow as well. what would you recommend?

It's relatively strong but I want to expand the width...Any excercises to increase it?

Well the traps will help, and work on the deltoids. That will make you look a lot broader.

They are the opposite for training. Traps like super heavy weight, low reps. Deltoids like high reps. 12-14.
