Cursor,
Those pics are inspirational. I hope to be able to post some comparisons. At the moment i cannot see much improvement [my signature pic taken 15 feb.2004].....but i can definitely feel something is happening. My birthday [73] is in April....who knows ..a 'difference' may be visible by then..
cheers, brianperth

I am in agreement with Laura. Cursor's determination about his own fitness goals and motivation for others is the reason why I joined and stayed as well. I think the majority of the people on here are inspiring to me. And most of all, what I like about the people on this site is the lack of arrogance (unlike what i've seen on other fitness/bodybuilding sites). Keep up the good work Cursor and keep on inspiring!

Ya, I look forward to seeing them too. You do look a lot younger in the last comparison pics. Amazing how it even changes your whole face too, huh. I would like to print those out and show them to a friend obsessed with weight....it's not weight, it's muscle vs. fat.
Very Impressive

Can't wait for the new pics, cursor. I printed off your old ones this past summer and gave them to my step-dad who is trying to get into better shape also. He said that he keeps them handy and likewise can't wait to see some updates. Thanks for the motivation! : ~Steve

^^ I dont understand why people seem to ask Cursor for his exact training routine all the time, isnt it obvious? he kept a good clean diet and worked out hard

People ask him that all the time, because his results are extraordinary. Perhaps his dedication and attention to detail during the process were also extraordinary, but his results over a year are much better than 70% of first year exercisers achieve, which is why so many people ask "what's the secret?"

Yeah i see what you mean but sometimes it seems like people go overboard wanting to know every little detail of what he did

Sure I have ... it's all over this site. In fact, there are many posts that even serve as virtual indicies to some of the more prominent posts/threads.
For example: http://www.discussfitness.com/showpo...53&postcount=2
That should give you some idea. Now, take what makes sense to you, supplement with information that you collect elsewhere, then create your own plan and monitor your progress. Continue to tweak your plan as you learn more.

I've been spending so much time at the computer that I've not been following my workout and nutrition plans as well as I should have. In the interest of time, I just used my webcam to snap a quick pic.
Here you go ... d r u m r o l l ...
