You certainly look a lot leaner Cursor. Very impressive as always!

What are your current goals now if you don’t mind me asking?

Sure I train my legs, arbit.

One of the problems that I've had since my wife and I started is that while we do have dumbells, plates, and a couple of olympic bars, we have no bench nor any form of rack for doing squats. I'm limited in weight to what I can safely haul over my head (then back off again after I've done my squat set!).

Last night we ordered a squat rack and a flat bench. Now I can start doing some real workouts (and get a real body)!

Wow, awesome progress, Cursor! Your transition is truly amazing and inspiring. Although, you're gonna have to take some new pics with pants/shorts on if I am gonna show my stepdad your updated pics, lol. Great job, man! ~Steve

WTF??? U dont have a bench already?? How the hell did u build up that chest???

Does that squat rack have spotter bars? I like having those for safety.

U can also try doing barbell hack squats. I find they put much less stress on back than deadlifts.

Hmmm, so we dont need to train legs to look like Cursor, hmmm...
Mabbe I'll drop my leg day :

I don't - - I like him the way he is!.. : I don't like too many muscles, I think that you start to look fat after some point.

Lady C aren't you the lucky one. Very impressive pics though a little bit light (hair I think is nicer in the first shot) but I like men with long hair. Hope my hubby looks as good as this at your age (though he's not interested in weight training at all... shame.... so I doubt it). Are we ever going to see pics of your other half!
