Great photos. I'm especially impressed that you maintained same body weight, while changing your body composition. It certainly shows loud and clear in photos. Good job. Keep it up; you'll never be sorry, pays bigger dividends with each passing year.

You know you've made some extraordinary progress when Cbass is impressed!

I've been meaning to ask Cursor, are you doing any cardio these days other than basketball? Your BF% is still dropping like flies and I think it's amazing if you're accomplishing that by purely dietary means.

Just basketball -- no aerobics. Even my basketball is just a half hour of shooting around, a couple of times per week (can't find any good games!)

I've invited Clarence to participate on this board a couple of times, but he says that he's just too busy with other matters. It'd be great though, wouldn't it?!

Do u ever eat "bad" stuff like pizza, choclate, cakes, chips, fries etc? Or has it been by-by for a long time?
So it was the legendary Clarence Bass, I was wondering about the user

Yes, cbass = Clarence Bass.

Sure ... we have pizza once in awhile. When we do, we typically make it here at home. Sometimes we'll run up to BJ's brewery and have a couple of pints w/ pizza (very cheese-laden). It's not what you do once in awhile that kills you ... it's the every-day/weekly habits that destroy.

Fries – never
Chocolate, candy, sweets – almost never
Chips – rarely

Dude... you forgot to ask about the beer. You know Cursor's gotta put away a couple every now & then.

I have a beer (just one) a couple of times a week. There are times of the year that it's more frequent than that. Just like everything else, moderation rules.
