Not near as well as I would like. I can't lift at all (says the doc ... and says the pain). I've been through at least a month of physical therapy now. While I have no problem with strength, strength without pain is not currently an option. The surgeon suggests laying off the weights for another month. In the meantime I'll be doing frequent ROM stretches appropriate for the surgery/injury (no weights). I have my fingers crossed that all will work out OK.

Sorry to hear that its coming along slower than you hoped. Well, if there's one person around here with the good sense and patience to wait it out, its you. Hope it goes fast for ya.

Thanks for asking.

I've started back with weights and am trying to very slowly increase the loads. It feels pretty good so far. I think I simply need to be patient and work up slowly.

I'm glad you've gotten back to the weights, and things are going well. Slow and steady wins the race. Best of luck man. :
