old before & after thread
Here are a pair of photos showing body changes that I've managed to process.
The one on the left was taken 500 days (July 2, 2001) before my 50th birthday. The rightmost pic was shot on my 'half-century' mark. Throughout the course of this time I maintained the same 180-lbs scale weight (with some slight variations). The fact that my body fat dropped from 22% to a single-digit 9% means that I lost 23-lbs of fat — while gaining the same weight (23-lbs) in muscle and supportive tissue (lean body mass):

I think I know what you did. Here is the workout that you must have used.
5:00 Wake up
5:30-11:30 Run
11:30-12:00 Eat
12:00-5:00 Run
5:00-6:00 Eat
6:00-10:00 Run
10:00 Sleep
Correct me if I am wrong. But seriously, what did you do?

Yep!
You look 20 years younger now too.
Great job!!
One looks at that photo and wonders why not everyone wants to get involved with weight training, health and fitness.

Shoot ... I thought this thread was dead! Thanks for the compliments folks. The difference in how I feel is about as drastic as the appearance change. I'm still not satisfied, and am learning more each day about how to improve my physical condition and continue to work at it. Onward and upward!
