Lookin heaps good DarkAngel, you look very symmetrical from the pics that i have seen, and your lats start from very low and you look heaps wide, which is a positive to getting to look as wide as possible in the future! keep it up though, symmetry with that size is looking very good and balanced. :

As for bodyfat estimation, i would probably say, can't really see your midsection perfectly as your arms are a little in the way, but probably 11-13% possibly?

Thanks vas. I definetely try to train every bodypart as hard as the next.

The thing i didn't post is my legs and they are probably the best part of my physique for my size.

I was about 11% at 182 so if i am still in that range and heavier then that means im doing fairly good gaining muscle and keeping the fat low.

I wear a size 32 waist if that helps your approximations by the way.

Damn Dark, what a change you've made. I'm impressed by those traps and your back. Traps and lats are my favorite body part on anybody - they are just so hard to work and take so much dedication to build - impressive work young man.

Thanks welch!

I honestly love to work my back simply because im so strong in it.

My BB Bent Over Rows have always been more than my bench for instance.

And now that im down to 190 lbs i have to use a 45 lb plate when i really wanna do some work on my pullups.

Here's a little side-by-side comparison:

Hmmm ... looks like I've exceeded my limit for uploads. Oh well.

All i can say guys is, keep up the training, with good nutrition, and you should hit a monstrous amount of testosterone boost around the 18.5mark, thats when i copped it and added 17kg of quality muscle mass in one year. from 18and a half yrs old to 19 and a half. So just keep at it, and you guys should be looking huggeee...:
