Yea yea, im unlucky. No its not roids or gyno, its actually a mild case of fatness. Thanks for you input though. And those pics they make em look more saggy cause im bending over but there is muscle underneath all that.

Hey dude, your doing an awsome job and you should defanitley keep up the good work, and like you said, those man boobs are just some fat but soon they will turn into pecs, lol, then you will be proud of em, so what have you been doing, like diet, workout and cardio wise to loose the weight, really amazing change, talk later sometime

I have tried many different things. At first i was just eating my maintence level, something i had written out, and i ate the same thing every day. I did this for a while then when i gained 10 or so pounds from a vacation i decided i needed to go on a serious diet. I ate at around 1700 calories for like 2 weeks. Since then i have decided that that was unhealthy and i am eating whatever i want whenever right now. Still avoid the junk food, today was the first time i had sweets in over 2 months.
My cardio was everyday when i first started, then 3 times a week. Now it is every day again and i am lifting 4 times a week.

Looks like you're making good progress Dark, well done! As I said back in your journal, don't worry too much about calorie totals/percentages at your age, just concentrate on regular lifting/cardio and a clean diet. You will see progress from this alone.

Usually i did HIIT Training, 12 min run, at least a mile, although sometimes i would run 2 miles and try to do it in less than 28 mins. I did this every other day and sometimes every day, as i am doing now.

Dark, fantastic, ITS WORKIN!!!! great progress, keep up the good work, your gonna be the skewl stud in no time!!! My only advice to you would be structure the diet, write it down, keep records, it will help you tweek it out... reach for the stars!!!

Keep drivin' at it. Keeping your focus for extended periods is just what it takes. It's clear that you've got some serious goals. Make sure that you're eating right to fuel all that workout activity. A year from now you'll look back with complete disbelief (at ¿why? you didn't do this sooner  ).

I do not know my max but i am doing my last pin on my weights now which, and i can do it 8 - 12 reps(if i do it before my other exercises). Like 4 weeks when i went to the gym i was doing 180 for a few reps(just on the chest press) so i dunno now. I could definetely max out in the 200 + range if, i will find out later when i go bench at a gym sometime during next week.
I squat the last weight on my weight set right now for a good 20 reps. The weight i am guessing is around 180, but i havnt maxed out yet.

Lol most definetely... i will post soon new progress pics. I have gained around 10 pounds since last time i think... my arms are hitting the 16 inch mark and good overall development.

Man your getting in great shape I seen your last pictures and this is a n improvement
Your remind me of an army type person just push your limit into getting in shape and you will be there in no time
