These are my starting pics. People, this is what an office job can do to a 33 year old man. I want to post them up here so I can remind myself what I need to do. Don't let this happen to you, lol!

The good news is that it can be fixed. I sit for a living too so I know from where you come. The bad news is wait what it will be like when you are in your 50s unless . . . . you take your fitness seriously here forward and never look back. How bad you want it will determine your success.
I'm getting clues from you that you want it bad. Just do the work and you'll be pleased with the results. Don't be afraid of intensity - it will be your friend in your journey.

Don't let the fact that you work an office job get you down or become a hinderance to your fitness and goals for improving your fitness. I am also 33 years old, and I also have a desk job where I am sitting at a computer for 8 hours a day Monday - Friday. I've had this desk job for the last 8 years of my life. Yes, I get up to hit the bathroom and get food, and just to stretch my legs, but the majority of the time is spent sitting in front of a computer.
To me that doesn't matter though...what matters is what I do in my 1 hour time frame that I'm at the gym for those 5 days out of the week. Get your training intense and your nutrition clean and great things can be accomplished. Do things in your off-time from being at work that will elevate your metabolism and help you change your body composition for the better.

Hey Falco, as mentioned this can be fixed and you can change your body completely around in 3 months. Just work hard and stay motivated. I sit down a lot too and I lost track a bit about a year ago.
The worst was when I walking around Cape Cod and I saw one of my friends and she said "You were more jacked last year". After that I ran home and started working out again. I'm goign to see her next week. We'll see what she says then
