Hey GraemeK, what's your height/weight/measurements if possible? Nice arms by the way, that is my goal to get them big and curvy like yours. What is your routine homie?
I'm 5,11 ish and probably around 12stone now. not sure about measurements.
As i said before my main aim right now is to lose fat, story fo my life!
my routine, well... i was doing cardio 2 hours a day 6 times a week and losing huge amounts of muscle and doing no weights! then i decided to stop the cardio altogether and hit the weights 6 times a week. doing back, chest and legs twice a week.
I've had very good results from it but i'm thinking of changing to a 4 day split or something to free up some time and hit the cardio again.
