I'm 5,11 ish and probably around 12stone now. not sure about measurements.
As i said before my main aim right now is to lose fat, story fo my life!
my routine, well... i was doing cardio 2 hours a day 6 times a week and losing huge amounts of muscle and doing no weights! then i decided to stop the cardio altogether and hit the weights 6 times a week. doing back, chest and legs twice a week.
I've had very good results from it but i'm thinking of changing to a 4 day split or something to free up some time and hit the cardio again.
