i agree nice tricep development. what about everything ellse though?
you should post a pic of your whole body. it will make for a better updated comparison picture..

You are looking pretty fit there. Some heavy lifting with compound lifts to add some more size is going to do you some good. You are certainly off to a good start though.

it was a joke... was meant to be taken lightly man. calm down. stop getting so mad about what people think. enjoy discussfitness for the positive things it has to offer. don't be so concerned about what everone thinks you can or cant do...
all that matters in the end is what you know you can/cant do. not what people think you can or cant do. show some confidence by not getting sucked in.

I obviously didn't clarify in the other thread. Does you have a good build? Yes. You have low body fat and it looks like you workout. At your height and weight you look good. What I meant in my posts in the other thread is that I don't beleive you can lift as much as you say you can with your build. It just doesn't look like it. If you can, great for you. If you want to talk about this further, send me a pm. We'll keep it off the board.
