Your proportions are good Ice, IMO you should keep working all your body to add some bulk (muscle, not fat), make sure you pay attention equally to all bodyparts, make sure you work shoulders, back and legs. Check out this Web Site it has a lot of usefull information.

Its up to you man, but I'd start bulking, it's easier to loose fat if you have more muscle.

ice, you don't really have to bulk. You can do what cursor does and build muscle while staying lean. He's an expert with that, so ask him for some advice on how to acheive your goal.

Expert might be going just a bit far, but I know what worx4me. You can, through careful manipulation of your nutrition plan, swing your caloric intake back and forth in short strokes, allowing you to lose fat without killing your metabolism.

cursor, I think you are an expert with that. Cause you know everything about nutrition and nutritional timing. You know exactly how to build muscle and lose fat and not everybody knows how to do that.
