I've been going at this lifting business for the past 6 months now and it has been the most rewarding experience of my life. But I have a few minor questions I need clearing up. I was thinking about reducing my
body fat to at least 7% or so until my stomach region is completely clean. I'm thinking of taking this route because my love handle and abdominal areas are the fattest regions on my body. Should I continue with the route I'm going, which is
high protein, high cardio, and high reps, or should I start focusing more on bulking, in an attempt to even myself out in the love handle and abdominal areas?
