Well right now im in the middle of "leaning" its the beginning of wrestling season and ive got about 10 more pounds to lose hopefuly not too much mass with it. Any suggestion would be very helpful, if you need stats just ask and ill post em . . im still looking for a picture from before i started lifting (ive been lifting since september)

Uh im 16 ive been training for almost three months. I havent really started on a set wokrout right now im in a weight training class at school and since we have to lift accoring to their program im kinda stuck with that one. I bench usualy twice a week, usualy incline one of the days military the other . .curls twice a week with tricep pushdowns and my favorite cleans i also do twice a week no squats for me bad knees

yea i wrestle too, i still have a little to lose 3-4 pounds maybe even 2 if i kill myself during practice, but ur probably gonna lose muscle losing 10 more pounds cause u dont have that much fat on u

Uh right now i weigh about 112ish and im going to 103 by christmas. Yeah in my area theres all these new rules about how much weight you can lose a week and i can make 103 by like dec 22nd or something hopefully ill make it
Today i was down to 109 after practice . . dehydrated obviously but im at around 111. Does anyone have a good diet plan they could show me im trying to get the 5-6 small meals and its wokring but i was just wondering if anyone has a good diet plan and could help me out a little like what foods when ect
