Damn good Cobra. Just a slight correction though: 3-lbs fat loss, 19-lbs muscle gain ... 22-lbs weight gain.

For my body fat percentage i'm using a tanita body fat monitor, the scale thats like $100

is this accurate?

it takes in height and age into account then sends an electric current through these metallic pads that you stand on to calculate the amount of fat in your body, i'm sure you've heard of it

There are several on this site who don't seem to like it. I have heard some good things. Clarence Bass uses a Tanita scale (and swears by it).

i dont find it overly important to worry about body fat percentages. I know im at a good level when i cant tug and pull on anything, but you also cant see my vital organs through my skin, and every individual strand of muscle (freaken sick!). my body fat monitor is the girlfriend.

i started around 150lbs, 14% body fat, and worked a dual muscle group cycle for 6 weeks working 3 on 1 off chest/tris, back/legs, shoulders/ bis then switched to single muscle group cycle working every other week to failure 6 on 1 off and started doing 100 push-ups, crunches a day. I stopped drinking sodas and started eating healthy, quit drinking alcohol after the first month, and only supplementing cell-tech...(don't give me any crap about the celltech, it's working for me so i'll stick with it for a while...or until it runs out) Not stacking anything else and just hitting the gym as hard as i can. Hope this helps...

it's pretty much just creatine with a healthy dosage of dextrose...most guys think it's too pricey, and that muscletech are a bunch of advertisement guru's, but i like it so far....some say get some dextrose and mix it with creatine....do a search on muscle tech on google, it should bring you to like... www.muscletech.com or something

Here's a thread with 22 replies about body fat scales. It's from a while ago so i don't remember exactly what it says, but I seem to remember it being informative.

i'm probably taking in more calories then i should be, but i've never really had to worry abou that....I just eat about 5 times a day, and small meals high in protein, get my carbs, and try to not eat like fast foods or too much fried foods. (i love fried/spicey foods) on average i take in about 2700 calories a day, but i'm trying to slim that down some...just have to pay more attention.
