Loki

here's mine...i think i've made progress in the past 3 months...what do you guys think?
Before
After

I'll post a side by side as soon as somebody turns on the img code tag hack *cough BigG cough*

I know the before picture isn't the best, because i didn't think i would ever be going into the gym like this...but now since i'm there all the time, there's only progress to be made...

great pic Loki, looks like you worked hard to get that progress. keep up the good work. btw, in the before pic, it looks like you had on the TV an episode of I Love Lucy. I use to watch that show a lot. Good show.

then how come i wasnt thinking the same thing? lol

ok, with all seriousness. I don't think your working hard enough Loki. You need to hit the gym more and think protein, protein, protein! You've only done a full turn around like the guy on www.musclegaintips.com and completely shadowed the piss out of me. Thats not good enough you bastard!!!

OK, lets try this again. With all seriousness bro, you look awesome. Our before pics are VERY similar. Our after pics? Your alot buffer than me. I can fall back on my injury though, since I stopped my diet and working out completely (i seriously cant afford this diet, so i wasnt about to stay on it when i wasnt working out). I'll quit my excuses soon though, I start up again tommorrow! YAY! Keep up the work Loki, you look ****ing scary (i wouldnt mess with ya, lol).

well thanks for the confidence, and morale boost...i hit it as hard as i can. I've worked through a couple of injuries as well. I pulled two muscles in my neck, 1 in my lower back, injured both rotator cuffs, and kept on going. I steadily worked them out with low weight, increasing them, feeding them back into the healthy state, and they feel better than new. Here is a side by side that Kitara did for me. Thanks!

Well if it's off to the gym. Time for meal 2 and 30 minute drive

edit: Loki - I'm sorry I forgot this picture was on my website and I deleted it.

determined yes, stopping probably never...i love the gym now, but my new gym sucks...i'm moving out to cali though, and i know a really good gym near where i'll be working, and it's on.

About the 6 pack...i really need to trim that little bit of fat off my lower abs, sure i'm at 10%bf, but that little bit right there bothers me...any suggestions?
