LP44 Pics

I'm 29, and about 6'0". I've lifted on and off for a couple years and got alot more serious at the beginning of this year. I got up to about ~195 around August then decided to see if I could get cut (or at least see my stomach muscles ), since I have never been. Made some progress, but I think I'm gonna start try to bulk again and put some more muscle on and do it again :

Nice work man! Obviously you succeeded in getting cut. I am sure you'll be even happier when you add on some muscle and do it all again as you will look even bigger, obviously. You know what you're doing, keep it up! :

I basically followed the "rules" that I read on here. :
I got a premier membership and downloaded the calorie calculator and meal planner. I figured out my 'cutting' caloric intake and set up a pretty strict meal plan with the planning spreadsheet. Limited carbs at night, lifted about 5-6 days and week and did HIIT type cardio 3-4 times a week (stadiums, sprints, etc). I added some extra calories on the days I did cardio as not to lose too much too fast and eat up muscle. (Unfortunately I did eat up a little at first when I wasn't upping the calories on cardio days. Next time I think I can retain more muscle.)
For supplements I took Glutamin, a Multi vitamin, extra vitmamin E, Flax Seed Oil, and whatever was in the MRPs I ate (Myoplex and Opti-Pro Meal).

I hope I didn't come off as 'just search the forums'..didn't mean to. i was just saying I've learned alot here..it's a great source of info. let me know if you want anymore specifics, I just wasn't sure how much info you wanted.
