So, do you now have a plan and know where you're going?

Plan - Get big

Where I'm going - Big

Seriously though, I read through the forums and have basically compiled all the info into my own big plan... it's helped a lot and it's something I know I can do.

So thanks to all... it's really inspirational and I know I can do it.

Goal date:

To be honest it doesnt look like your bicep gained 3/4" from week 1 to week 3, you look a bit leaner however in your week 3 picture.

Honesty is good Just going by the Myotape... Week one was probably closer to 4", that was a guestimate since I got the Myotape the following week and was 4" then.

I love that myotape, for me it took a little practice to get it at the same point each time. Also my bicep is about 1/4" bigger after I workout arms. I hate that tape measurer in the morning though when I measure my waist and its freezing cold, i hate it haha.

I also have to agree, you look leaner (a bit more defined) in your week 3 pic compared to your week 1 pic. The fact that you can see a difference in 3 weeks is something to be proud of! Keep it up! Consistency with diet, rest and training is key, believe me!
