Wow, great inspiration everywhere.

Front body unflexed

Full body shot back

Stats:
before:
5'10
176

after:
5'10
165

My "before" appearance was similar to skinny guy's (before photo, obviously).

Now that I'm seeing my back I think it looks too wide in comparison to the rest of the body. That's what I get for doing pull ups with a 30 pound dumbbell between my feet! It's weird I hadn't seen it, kinda hard to look at your back on a mirror.

I've been training for 4 months now. I feel I haven't progressed much because of my diet the last two months. My family is vegetarian and I have to beg for meat, eggs and milk. But I'll be working in Mexico City the next year, I hope I'll have a gym close to where I live. Now I'll control what is in the fridge.
My goal is to add 10 pounds of muscle in the next two months. I had overlooked my legs at the beggining, and I started working them out just one month ago, so there's a lot of room for progress there.

Geat pic markintosh, you have an awesome back, keep up the good work. Do you have a front after pic to compare with your before pic?

Oh, my bad man. I misunderstood when you said that your before appearance was similar to skinny guys before pic. I thought you were saying that the first pic was your before pic. Sorry about that man.

Are those both after shots? You look fine either way but of course this is coming from eyes less picky. You could however get some exercise in cleaning that yard.. uhm.

Don't worry about the vegetarian aspect. You could get a reasonable protein diet which is vegetarian or even vegan if you want to. Just make sure you pick the higher protein options. Nuts, seeds, legumes, beans. I'm sure you could persude changes or just cook it yourself. Failing that it's off to buy eggs every now and then.

Keep it up BTW.

hey markintosh, lookin good bro. your just a SCOOTCH smaller than me. I think i just have less body fat, so you can see more msucle, although you have close to no body fat, so that doesnt make sense. All i know is im the same body weight, but I'm 6'1" (you look about my height, im suprised at your height though, you dont look under 6'), and from the pic, i look a tiny bit more formed, which makes no sense since we weigh the same and I'm taller. I might just be playin myself. Either way, lookin good! Just gotta trim that wild beast hair, ladies like it raw (atleast mine does ).

I could have done the conversions wrong even though I'm pretty sure I'm 165 (I lost weight). I live on metric system grounds.

I agree with the wild beast thing. I've been thinking about going hairless, I'm afraid of looking like Tom Selec in a while However, male depilation in Mexico is weird (since the latinos aren't very hairy). My mom is Mexican and my dad is Canadian, so I must have inherited from him all that body hair. But since nobody here does it, I don't have information on what I'm supposed to do: creams, shaving, wax? I guess I'll just trim with a pair of scissors for the moment. And get a haircut (I need one soon). And I'll clean that yard too

if i get a hairy chest later on in life, ill get lazer removal. right now ive only got the scragglys by the nipples, lol. which are easily shaved off. you should trim it til you decide what to do. id just shave it off completely, wax ****ing hurts and cremes like nair burn (no, i dont wax or creme anything, info from gf, etc).
