Marmot's Pic

Well here are two pictures of me. I think its time for a bulking cycle. I would like to add some size. I have always been a big proponent of symmetry and working all body parts equally. With that said I am sure there are some parts that are lagging. Any ideas on what i should put maybe a little extra focus on. Any and all comments and criticism welcome. Please chime in with your thoughts.

You are looking good but if i had to name lagging parts i would say to improve on chest and arms.

camarashy--
Initially it took me 6 months to go from 200 to around 165 pounds. I have maintained that weight for almost a year now. Actually I am about 5 pounds heavier now. It was important for me from a mental aspect to maintain that long. It instilled discipline and consistency and allowed me to hone my nutritional foundation. I have learned alot in the last year and a half.

As for how I did it. Its basic stuff really. Im constantly tweaking little things here and there to keep it interesting, but I don't stray to far from whats proven to work. Nothing that hasn't been said on this board time and time again. I eat 6-8 times a day. Eat protein at every meal. Eat the majority of my carbs first thing in the morning and around my workouts. Eat fruit, veggies, complex carbs (limit the refined flours and sugars). Get ample good fats, etc.,etc, What's important to note is that I do this day in and day out. Thats the difference maker.

hmm. i'm 168pounds now, but nowhere as lean as i want to be, i have indeed taken up this advice of 6-8 meals a day, but for me to put it into practise = alot harder than i first thought, i've got the mental side sorted its jsut actually finding time at college to eat 6/8 times a day thats from problem! still. getting there.

still thanks for that
