Me (added some current pics)

Lol, well hopefully my dad brought the digital camera back this time. I do have one pic of my flexing my arm from this summer that I'd consider as a before if anyone wants to help me post that.

Ok, thanks for the help lol...didn't know you could just attach them. That is one before pic of me, if I can get a hold of a damn camera I can post some afters. I'm 140 lbs in that pic, about 160 lbs now and a lot stronger.

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong but, I don't think you need a host you can just post it as an attachment if it's less than 25kb. There is restriction also but I don't remember what it is.

Looking good man, as a few areas of improvement i would say that you could add some more fullness to your chest, increase traps and shoulders as well. Biceps looking good and so is overall development.

Yeah, I'm about 20 lbs heavier now hehe. I was on a horrible diet at the time cutting off about 50 lbs of fat. Pushed my bench from 180-230 in the last 4 months, and squat from 300-340. My arms filled in a lot too, in those pics I don't really have any triceps at all Wish I had a damn camera still, my dad hasn't brought the digital back from Mexico over the last few commutes, startin' to annoy me lol.

Thanks for the advice, I do plan to hit my traps a bit harder...they haven't grown much since I haven't been workin' 'em much.

How long did it take for you to lose 50 lb of fat? And were you working on losing fat constantly or did you stop in between?

It took me about 3 months, and then I spent another 6 maintaining the loss. (that and during the summer I had no gym access at all so I was only doing bodyweight excercises and jogging.) Started bulking up as soon as I got my car this year and was able to hit the gym consistantly. Both those pics are before I started bulking up though. Previous to the loss my best bench had been 190 lbs, but I also weighed 190, with a 320 squat. I was able to maintain most of my strength throughout the fat loss, but I lost a little during the summer when I wasn't able to get to a gym. All in all I'm happy with the results, even if I didn't go about it in the proper way at all.

K people, some current pics...little bit of fat gain but not much, mostly muscle

I haven't worked my traps much though, they are about the same...need to add more shrugs into my routine on back day.

Sorry 'bout the bad lighting on my back.

I've had a small case of gyno since I was 11, with the weight gain I'm afraid it popped out a bit more than at that time .

For the defenition, I took it under a lamp lol, so shadows are showing a lot more than when I do it in front of the computer.

Similar shot w/o the lamp in front of my computer, kinda bad angle though.

Just to compare...I don't really see any difference in these (despite many people I know at the gym commenting on my arms growing a lot,) other than one has a big screen in the background (ah...doesn't really show since I edited the pic )

edit: and no, I didn't become an Albino...just a cheapo webcam that doesn't work to well in lighted rooms (or unlighted ones...)

Lookin pretty good man. I think you need to get out in the sun though. Only suggestion I may have is to bulk up just a little bit. I have a similer build as you and although I like the cuts, I think I look better with a little BF. Just my opinion bro.

Yeah I wouldn't mind some weight gain. Still trying to bulk, but I seem to just gain a lot of strength without putting on a whole lot of weight. I think my biggest areas that need to grow are my shoulders and traps. It is kind of odd though, my shoulders are not particularly weak, being able to do front military press with 170 max. I'm wondering if I should do them behind my neck to promote the "cannonball" look in my shoulders, since it is nonexistant right now and I really want it. Got any suggestions for hitting the "front" area of my shoulders? (sorry, haven't really learned the muscle names ...probably should.)

Also, I do get in the sun a lot...I just tend to turn red and then sun burned with peeling skin (even with sun screen applied by the hour.) I've tried some tanning products but they just turn me orange. I'll keep trying products until I find one that works damn my scottish/german/austrian complexion (sp?)
