If in the 2nd pic you are indeed fully relaxed, I would say you may have a muscle imbalance between the chest and anterior deltoids and the muscles of your upper back. This is quite common, especially for those you endlessly train chest and ignore the back. Your shoulders rotate forward leaving you in a semi-hunched, "Gun Stock" position (Gun Stock term comes from the way cowboys used to stand when they where ready to draw their guns in a show down)......if you look at the 2nd picture, thats exactly the way you look. It can be easy to correct, just focus on your upper back and rear delts with alot of pulling movements (various rows etc).

Other than that....continue cutting.

Good Luck!!

ya i noticed that when i took the pictures since i've never did this before. I've recently began doing much more higher intensity back work then i do my front. can you suggest any specific UPPER back excercise that targets my upper back only?

Deadlifts, Low pulls, upright rows, bent over barbell rows and some rear delt raises should do the trick.

there's also this machine that targets the upper rear delts.. its the same machine that you can work your chest out with but you just adjust the handles differently and sit facing the machine and pull outwards.. anyone know the name of that excersize? anyway that should help your back..

i used to only focus on chest when I started working out.. and i notice alot of newbie gym ppl do also.. now i usually train my chest as one of the last workouts in the week.. so sometimes when I workout more than 4 days that week, I'll hit some of the other body parts more than once that week.. or if I dont' workout 3 days that week, i would've skipped out on chest which is okay, since my chest strenght is pretty good already..

learn to enjoy working out the other body parts and they'll catch up soon..

Yah, that's a great rear delt exercise! You just reverse the motion of the flys to a rear delt fly basically.
