Keep working at it and play it safe. You're at the age where your still growing into your body so you dont want to injure yourself by pushing too hard. Stick with the basics for the next couple years and get a good foundation.

Good job so far bro. :

Suprising development for someone so young. If you keep up with it as you get into your late teens and early 20's you'll be huge. (Guys typically finish growing at 25, that's why kids out of HS don't go into the NFL).

Good work. Stick with it and you'll have 21" guns.

Hey buddy, you have an awesome jumpstart to your bodybuilding career! Keep up the awesome work, and learn all you can. Take in as much knowledge as you can from reliable sources and then try it all out for yourself, and decide what is good and works for you, and what doesn't. Discard the stuff that doesn't.

Because you are starting so young, you have a definite advantage over most of us and the other people in your generation...make good use of this and you will find your self image, your mind and body at a level of developement you only could dream about. I wish I had had the initiative to have started as young as you, as I didn't get into it until I was about 19 years old.

Realize that time is on your side and just be patient....your body will grow... and the longer you are consistent with everything (diet, supplementation timing, workouts, scheduled breaks, daily water consumption, adequate sleep, and listening to your body), the better and better your results will become.

You will only get better with time, so just know that you can take your body to any level of developement you want.

Keep it up bro, and look to build a solid base ...you already have a great start! :

Progress pics look really good! Keep it up, bro. I wish I could go back about eight years or so (when my GH and test levels were at their highest). I wish I had started when I was your age, instead of early 20's. I wish, I wish, I wish.
