Me after 5 months
So here's some before and after pics of me. It's been 5 months since I started working out. I definitely don't work as hard as some other people on here, but since I never picked up a weight before 5 months ago, I'm pretty happy with the results.

the picture did load for me after about 5 mins of waiting. Good progress, there is a sure increase in muscle mass there  :

It was working like 20 mins ago lol. I guess you missed out cursor. I think it's cause his pictures are huge and they're pretty heavy on the bandwidth.

Sorry about the large pics...I forget that everyone doesn't have a cable modem...I shrunk them down to a much more normal size.
Thanks for the encouragement! Its nice to know that after 5 months of work, its paying off.

Element, very nice progress shown in the pictures, there is a definite difference in muscle and definition. Great job, keep it up...
