You look great man!! Lean and mean. Try to develop your back further to give you some more thickness and a nice V-taper.

P.S. Hawaii looks beautiful!! Thought I was lucky to live in Miami!!

Hey Mos, i'm naturally a very smal person (even now I only weigh 150 lbs), so the back is coming along, but slowly. So what would you recomend as good back exersizes?

Right now I'm doing wide grip lat pulls, seated rows, bent over rows, and some other lat exersize that is kinda hard to explain.

Do pullups(better than pulldowns) for width, deadlifts for thickness.

Add some heavy deadlifts and you should be on your way!!

Heavy rows are underrated......hit the rows hard!

I do everything heavy :
But I have some more questions? Do you mean DB rows, bent over barbell rows, seated rows? Also With rows there is always that point where with perfect form you can do one weight, but if you cheat a little you can do more. What is your take on that? My instinct is to go for perfect form, but i always see bigger guys cheating just a little, so maybe that is good for braking barriers.

Also what rep ranges do you personally use?

They are all good but I would show preference for dumbell rows as they allow for balance on each side.

There is a place for controlled cheating as it can help break through barriers like you said. But don't use this techniques too often, good form is more important especially in a long-term sense (injury risk). The risk/benefit ratio of massive cheating is generally not in your favor.

Rep range varies on the periodization of my program. Anywhere from 6-12 reps.

Thanks man. I'll have to try DB rows. I never used to like them cause I felt like my biceps did most of the work, but I'll give them another shot.
