Alright. Posting some base pictures again. Now that I'm actually going to *stick* to my routine, I want to use these as a starting point.
Goal -
lose bodyfat, hold on to muscle (if I can
increase muscle at the same time, great!)
Pictures aren't the greatest due to lighting....but it's sufficient to get an idea of where I'm at. Also don't have any leg shots, but I don't really have any decent shorts (everything's too big right now!), and I ain't taking pics in my underwear.
Basic stats:
age: 25
height: 5'2"
weight: 115 lbs
bodyfat: 22% (not sure how accurate that is)
