Midgetcop for all to see!!


Hokay! Time for some recent pictures of me.

Keep in mind that this is only a few weeks of re-starting my training after a 6 month hiatus. Surprisingly I've managed to hold on to a lot of the muscle. But *unfortunately*, I've developed that beer belly. I've already lost 3lbs the past 2 weeks, so it's starting to slowly "deflate".



So, here's what I'm starting with. We'll see how it looks in a month or so!

Alright, it isn't exactly a Homer Simpson beer belly, but it's *still* a belly.

Thanks guys!

The goals right now are to cut & shed the excess fat and continue to become stronger. I know that it'll be difficult to do both at once, but I'm really trying to eat as clean as possible, and so far it's working.

Alright. Posting some base pictures again. Now that I'm actually going to *stick* to my routine, I want to use these as a starting point.

Goal - lose bodyfat, hold on to muscle (if I can increase muscle at the same time, great!)

Pictures aren't the greatest due to lighting....but it's sufficient to get an idea of where I'm at. Also don't have any leg shots, but I don't really have any decent shorts (everything's too big right now!), and I ain't taking pics in my underwear.

Basic stats:

age: 25
height: 5'2"
weight: 115 lbs
bodyfat: 22% (not sure how accurate that is)

wow you look really good midgetcop! your back and delts are really great. you've got a great base, i doubt it will take you too long to reach your goals.
