agreed about the chest and traps. definitely two of my main concentration areas at this point, as well as legs where muscle is concerned.. i was doing really good with chest for a while, then kind of dropped off for a while, and it shows. but part of my new mindset is that i don't want to lag on anything anymore. no more skipping any given muscle group from week to week.
speaking of chest (and i know this isn't really the right forum for this question, but since we're talking about it...), i definitely feel like i need to develop my upper chest more than anything else at this point.. but say i start off with incline
dumbbell presses - after 3-4 sets of heavy weight, i go to
flat bench DB presses, and my chest feels completely depleted. i'm talking about putting up 20lbs
less (per DB) than if i had started with flat.. and then by my 3rd set, i just have nothing left and can't increase the weight anymore...
now, i know i'm not gonna be as strong mid-workout as i am at the beginning, but this just seems like a BIG depletion.. same thing happens if i start with flat and then go to incline... any ideas?
