Question

more iron for wounds, and how to get cut


they sometimes get purple, and a greyish purple when i am working out.
i looked at them as my " war wounds" but others said this could be very dangerous.


while i am here i want to show you my stomach before picture and ask what to do with it to get toned up.
i already wanted to bulk up and i did, now i want to get cut up.
any suggestions

This is what i am using to do so along with bike and weight lifting:

EAS myoplex orginial nutrition shake 42g of protein with whey, 25 vitamins and minerals

ON's 100% whey protein 23g a serving

vasopro ephedrine hcl 25mg expectorant/bronchodilator 60 tablets

Getting cut (reducing body fat) is a matter of balancing your physical exertion with your nutritional intake. Are you aware of how you must eat in order to lose fat and maximize your lean body mass? What are you doing now for a meal plan?

my food intake


breakfast:

nutrigrain bar, banana


lunch:

assorted fruit cantelope, honeydew grapes, low fat yogurt

dinner:

myoplex and 1 cup of protein or salmon rice or broiled chicken and rice

at each sitting i drink at LEAST 2 16 oz bottles of water

stig they're stretch marks on your shoulders..try cocoa butter and vitamin E cream on them
