they sometimes get purple, and a greyish purple when i am working out.
i looked at them as my " war wounds" but others said this could be very dangerous.
while i am here i want to show you my stomach before picture and ask what to do with it to get toned up.
i already wanted to bulk up and i did, now i want to get cut up.
any suggestions
