My abs at this stage


Ok guys i am in the process of bulking up, and i thought id just show a pic of me, felt a little guilty seeing all these other people posting pics.

What exercises will be good to improve my "male cleavage" as i have heard it called, the muscle that you get near your hip on the sides (i have no idea what they are called).

I will probably be cutting in 2 to 3 months, have been bulking for just over a month and put on 3.5 kg's, which i am pretty sure is mostly muscle because i havnt lost much definition.

Anyway enough of my ranting...

hey mate, looking pretty lean, we call them 'love handles' over here, but you dont look like you have anything to worry about there. keep it up!

DUDE...u got the abs im aimin fo, nice job, definate congrats.
but i was wonderin, any tips? what did u do to get that way ? normal, work and diet proly huh

if your talking about building the love handles up then i would suggest bicycle sittups (touch opposite elbow to opposite knee) or just situps with a fast and hard turn to each side like on the rocky movies

No, he's not referring to love handles. He's referring to the "V line" you get right below your abs, they call it male cleavage cuz girls love it for some reason. All I could tell you is keep work the abs and maybe it'll pop up I'm not sure, but I think the V line is more genetics than anything else...really, I dont know how it comes about.

Women drool over the V-line and a good set of abs like men drool over their whole body. Men, remember to drop those drawers an inch or two when at the beach. But only if ya got something to show, dont be exposing some big keg.

I've now heard that hanging leg raises work on that "V line" that me and gooseneck are talking about. So that should help yuo...if you know what hanging leg raises are. I however, don't. So could somebody fill me in. Thanks.

i thoguht you cna get the v line but just doin stuff to work your lower abs, thats basically what it is right??

Side bends(not weighted can make 'em too bulky) and barbell twists. Most importantly a good diet.
