Ok guys i am in the process of bulking up, and i thought id just show a pic of me, felt a little guilty seeing all these other people posting pics.
What exercises will be good to improve my "male cleavage" as i have heard it called, the muscle that you get near your hip on the sides (i have no idea what they are called).
I will probably be cutting in 2 to 3 months, have been bulking for just over a month and put on 3.5 kg's, which i am pretty sure is
mostly muscle because i havnt lost much definition.
Anyway enough of my ranting...
