My before & after pictures...


Here are some of my pictures.... The transformation happened over the course of about 6 months.

Now I'm trying to put on some weight and focusing on mainting the necessary caloric intake to meet my goals. But I already feel much better than I did when the "before" pictures were taken!

Going to try to put on weight; I don't think I've been eating correctly. I'm now supplementing my intake with whey. I find the diet aspect of weight lifting to be much more complex than the actual lifting.

The diet part is what I find way more challenging. I can lift all day long and love it =)

That is some serious progress - many congrats from me, good luck on the size aspect of things, muscles are made out of the gym .
