well i'd like to get to 150 by the end of may. im hoping that may be possible since i haven't lifted with any consistency in a couple years, so im hoping i will have newbie-type gains the first couple months. i just added in my first post that im at 5'6 137... my long
term goal is to eventually be 165 and under 10% bf.
also... i know i need to keep focusing on compound lifts and just work everything, but do you see anything lagging behind? i was thinking maybe shoulders (also legs but not shown here).
