My BEFORE PIX(workaholic)


I'm 5'7'' 137 lbs, I'll show you my after pictures in a month when I'm done my running routine, and should be around 132. My goals. My bench 225 - goal 315, legpress 480 - goal 570,
started deadlift the other day. Did 225 - goal 405. I am now currently doing snatch and clean and jerk, Just the bar 45 lbs. - goal - 225 on both+ I want to keep my weight below 140. Any suggestions?

I stayed away from deadlifts and squats because of the pressure applied to the back. But now that I started the deadlift I'll end up doing the squat sooner or later!
