Yes, as of now i'm concentrating on bulking to 200 pounds. Right now I can only bench 170, i'd like to get it up to 200 by the end of december. I'm sticking with the HIIT style cardio for awhile. I like it because I honestly don't have time to spend 1 1/2 hours on a machine during the day.

I pretty much just do lat pull downs,
seated cable rows, straight bar rows, and
romanian deadlifts. I'm thinking of switching over to DB rows instead of straight bar rows because my form suffers greatly when I add more weight.
