My bulking progress...

I posted on here awhile ago showing the progress of my fat burning/muscle building results. They were not as good as I wanted and a few people suggested I bulk up. So I took their advice and began training with maxOT. It has worked great so far. It has kept me own my toes, as well as the inspiration I receive from all the members of this forum. My diet for the most part was lots of whey, lots of eggs, lots of tuna. Let me know what you think so far. (I live for constructive criticism) Any tips are always welcome. Thanks a lot.

awesome progress dude, what difference a year makes eh ?

Lookin good ... if I do say one thing though maybe intensify the back workouts, going hard on my back is probably the one biggest contributing factor to my now looking mildly 'bigger' (but I am still way skinnier than you so take or leave my advice lol). FYI Deadlifts and (weighted when I remember my harness )Chins are my favs for beating my back into submission.

great work thus far - do you have a goal weight in mind ?

You didn't post which Max OT exercises you are doing. There are choices. You asked how to "even out". I think overall, the package is improved. My opinion would be to keep doing what you've been doing. Are you doing BOR and CDL?. These are GREAT for the back development. Pull ups don't hurt either. Instead of weighted, I took the article from Ast that I read about doing sets of pullups - however many it takes - to get to 50 reps. That seems to help the back pretty good too.

If Todd, MM, Vas, or any of the others who's development is better than mine chimes in with something different, you would do well to listen to them instead of me.

Yes, as of now i'm concentrating on bulking to 200 pounds. Right now I can only bench 170, i'd like to get it up to 200 by the end of december. I'm sticking with the HIIT style cardio for awhile. I like it because I honestly don't have time to spend 1 1/2 hours on a machine during the day.

I pretty much just do lat pull downs, seated cable rows, straight bar rows, and romanian deadlifts. I'm thinking of switching over to DB rows instead of straight bar rows because my form suffers greatly when I add more weight.
