My Bulking Transformation
Well i finally grew the balls to post these up on the site. I am a frequent reader and participator of this forum and am proud of these pics.
The before pictures are right after hockey season. I was 140 pounds and very skinny and starved lol. After pics are of me at 155 and looking much more dense imo.
I want all criticism, the good the bad and the ugly. I want to know my bright points and everything i need improvement on.
Here goes nothing...hope this works...

Looking overall more smooth, and larger. In the front double bi pose, you can see your lats peeking around the side of your ribcage, not so in your before pictures. Keep on doing what you are doing and you'll be fine, you look like you are building a good base of muscle.

You should be proud of those dude! You've put on some good mass there with some pretty nice symmetry also. Just keep it up, especially at the age you are at, the high hormone levels will really help pack it on! : If only I had started lifting earlier!

i train for a mixture of all those. i play hockey and i needed to bulk up and be much stronger as the season approaches. for bodybuilding because i just love to do it, i enjoy coming to the gym. and ofcourse for health, i have become very health conscious and watch after everything i do now.
and i also lift to look good! i wont deny it, i would love to have a good looking body that will make the girls turn!

Ok. My friend is playing hockey next year (college hockey) and I am helping him gain some lean mass. Right now he's doing the UD2.0, he really likes it and is making great progress. The lifting protocol of the standard UD2 is applicable to hockey, you might want to look into it.

Definetely can see some mass. By the way you kinda have a goofy Peter Parker(whatever that actor's name is) to you.
As far as posing... the superman pose sucks haha. The other two poses are alright in the after pics. Those are the easiest poses though. Give us some most muscular, tricep poses, and some leg poses and i will tell you what i think.
