I am right now 7.6% body fat, with a weight of 160 lbs (lean body mass 147.8lbs, fat mass 12.2 lbs)
The majority of my workouts are typically a morning cardio series of either a 1.5-2.5 mile jog or the same distance alternating with sprints. I do ab workout on a
stability ball and I do sets of 50 triangle style pushups (ie hands one atop another) and 50 plyometric pushups (hands clapping in front), occassionally I'll do sets of 10 of a special kind of pushup where you clap your hands behind your back (very difficult). I've been doing minimal weights. And the besides those warmups, the majority of my workout is spent in the gym training Muay Thai kickboxing. By fight time I like to be 155 lbs, but lately I've gained a proportionate amount of muscle and fat (2.3 lbs muscle and 1.7 lbs fat) so it becomes more difficult.
I do a minimal amount of weights opting instead for body
weight exercises, but I'm considering stepping into weights again. I'm also interested in tanning more to get more visible defintion. So I'm asking basically for opinions on my body as it is currently and what is good or should be improved on. Thanks.
PS I've varied the lighting between some pictures to give more accurate overall representation of my current physique.
