My Current Pics

Heres where I am right now. Ive been lifting for about almost 6 years now. I want to be 200 lbs by next fall semester for baseball. Heres some of my info:

Age: 19
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 190 lbs
Body fat: Dont know, any guesses?

And I know my posing sucks! It was my first try.

Your arms are noticibly big. 6 years is allot of training and it shows. I would only suggest a lil tanning?? Prolly make you look bigger but thats only IMO. Keep it up!

I change up my lifts a lot to keep my body from adapting too much but here is a sample of a weeks workout.

Day 1, Back traps and biceps:
Deadlift
Wide grip pullup
seated rows
barbell rows
Hang cleans
dumbbell shrugs
ez bar curls
incline curls
abs

Day 2, chest and tris:
Bench
incline bench
incline db flys
skull crushers
pully pushdowns
standing behind the head tricep extensions

Day 3 legs
Squats
Leg press
good mornings
calf raises

Day 4 Shoulders forearms
military press
db side raises
bent over raises
wrist curls
wrist extension
abs

Thats pretty much my weekly workout. As for food, thats something I should pay more attention to. I live in dorms so I just try to eat the healthiest food they have. I have fruit, natural peanut butter and tuna in my room and try to eat that whenever I can. I do eat too much pizza and burgers but I am a college student so can you blame me?
