My current pics


Vitals: 20 yrs old, 5'10, 174 lbs, bf% ???
Training: roughly 10 months
Diet: Bulking, 3500-4000 cals/day, ~250g protein/day
Goal: 200 lbs by 1-1-05

Thanks for the comments, guys. I have been hitting my back pretty hard, and deadlifts are definitly helping things. I feel that my traps have always been one of my strong points, though there isn't a great picture of them here. Back width is one of my main overall goals. : ~Steve
