My current progress pic.


Here is my current progress pic. I am trying to rip right now. Will post update pic after 30 days.

Oh yeah, i am not flexing in this pic.


EDIT:
height - 5'6
weight - 135
max bench - 195

My currently goal is to get riped. And loose some more fat overall. Then after Summer, i am gonna start to bulk up.

current weight = 135 lbs.

I started off with 144 and goal was to loose mostly fat.

What are the rest of your stats, like your height?

SNPiccolo5. HAHA, no need to apologize. I didnt post my hieght and max bench until you ask for rest of the stats.

Also,i will post updated pics on end of june.
