My cutting phase results


Here is the result of a roughly one month cutting phase.

The before pic is at 28% BodyFat, and the after is at 24% BodyFat.

Nice job man, can you tell me how you did your routine? Like how many times a week did you cardio and for how long, etc...

When I began my cutting phase I was at 216 pounds. End I was 199.
My diet while cutting was basically, 4 caffeine tabs a day (roughly 800 mg to keep my metabolism strong), ten scoops of protein powder (200 g) to keep my muscle, and cardio three times a week in addition to my regular weightlifting schedule, which is twice a week of upper body and then lower body. And I never never exceeded 2500 calories a day. which sucks if you're a coke lover.
