Here are some recent pics of me, but first a disclaimer or two..or fifty:
1) There is some improvement over my last pics, but not as much as I'd like. I've only been hitting the gym on average 2 times a week since then, and haven't really been giving it my 100%, sadly enough
2) I'm a week and a half into my vacation, and I've just been pigging out. I've gained about 11 pounds in the last 2 or 3 weeks, so I've got a bit of a
Ronnie Coleman belly going on, plus less definition than I usually have.
3) To be perfectly honest with you, I have only been showering about once every 3 days in the last few weeks, due to the vacation and just chilling at home, and there are, unfortunately, a lot of blemishes on my otherwise flawless body...sorry
I'm going to start taking this whole thing seriously after New Years, with the diet and cardio and weightlifting and everything. I just got a pinched nerve in my lower back, hopefully it heals soon...
