from april till august i made a low fat diet, with a lot of cardio sessions (swimming, running) and of corse the bodybuilding training 3 times a week. for this summer i try a low carb diet, hopfully I don't loose a lot of muscle.

Hey mate, I heavily advise against a low carb diet - they are real hard to stick out without losing quite a bit of muscle, you could get far better results on a more rounded plan.
