looks liek you could lower your bf % a little to get a little more ripped. are you currently doing military press? if not... start. i won't tell you to focus on any muscle in particular as i think you should train them all best as possible. just keep working at it and you'll be pretty ripped with time. lookin not bad for now.

Whats a military press, could you give me a link? What would this help me in, my shoulders? Ive heard of them before, i want to work on my shoulders because i do feel there out of place.

At the moment i just do regular excersize on my stomach, i dont improve my work out or do another kind of work out, its the same every other day, i want to start changing this.

Cheers for ur feedback, i really want to get ripped been trying for ages. I go jogging but i jus cant seem to shake body fat % at all. any ideas?

Oh and yes no doubt 2pac is the man

try using the bike or stepmaster for cardio instead of jogging. try different levels of intensity and times for your cardio. yell military press works shoulders. my favorite for shoulders. here a link:MILITARY PRESS good luck with that. any more q's?

or you could try some HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) for your cardio... I've heard nothing but good things about it, and most comments I've read about HIIT say 20 min is plenty per session and if you not exhausted in 20 minutes you need to up the intensity... you could check HIIT good luck...

What the F-ck are you all talking about? Your looking great atsharrock you shouldn't even be considering cutting. Go on a bulking diet to add some muscle you are as cut as they come.

You tell 'em Gohan! I totally agree. atsharrock hardly needs cardio advice. If you're not hitting the weights with lower reps, focusing on compound movements, then do so (and make sure that you eat plenty right after your heavy-duty workout).

If you are not doing squats, Start right away. Squats will help you pack on muscle. What I would do is Bench Press, Squat, Dead lift and Military press. This will build your Chest Arms and Shoulders.
I know I can hear it now every one saying "That's all Jaster ever says to put on muscle!" But guess why? .....
Because it works!!
