My Pics After 4 months

my biceps actually look smaller in the new pics, but I guess thats just the angle. I'm pretty disappointed in these results. I thought I'd gain a lot more muscle, especially since I seem to gain weight in fat easily. I think its my diet thats troubling me right now, but I'll have to wait until college to fix that (gotta eat moms cooking heh). I'm still around the same BF, but I'm cutting a little now, to get the flab away before summer.

I wish my gym has a bf tester so I can keep try, but unfortunately, their "expert" is away on the war against Iraq...

In all honesty you look alot healtier, you had some loose skin before it looked like, that has now gone, you look like you added a bit of mass to the midsection (a good thing) and your arms are thicker all around. the chest is still flat, but it now looks it's made of muscle not mush (not meant to be offensive) bascially you look alot better. If you focus on your diet and keep eating good clean meals you should continue to see positive results.

i think you look better man! don't worry about it if you aren't satisfied, its only 4 months it doesn't happen overnight and you got time. the hunger for more is what will keep you going. anyway, i think you look a lot better so good job.

dont be so hard on yourself, you look better in those second pics as said. and it was only 4 months. progress takes much time!
I dont see why you feel the need to loose bodyfat though, you appear fairly lean to me.

I just want to get rid of that flab when summer comes, I don't really like the extra fat on me.

thanks for the comments I'm learning more about techniques every day...when I look back at the way I lifted a couple months ago, I find it pretty ridiculous.
